“Fresh Abalone”
Abalone has long been a valuable food source for humans in every area of the world. The meat of this mollusk is considered a delicacy in certain parts of America, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, especially in China and Japan. In Chinese speaking regions, abalone are commonly known as “Bao Yu” its like shark’s fin, it is considered a luxury item and is a symbol of wealth, good fortune to the Chinese and is considered a banquet fare. It is traditionally reserved for special occasions such as weddings and other celebrations. Abalone are found in the water where rocks and seaweed are abundant. Abalone is valued for its numerous medicinal properties. It’s high in protein, Vitamin E, selenium and magnesium. Besides being reputed to be an aphrodisiac, the abalone is said to be good to our eyes and immune system.

“Kobe Beef”
Kobe beef is a special grade of beef from (Wagyu) cattle raised in Kobe, Japan. These cattle are massaged with sake to relieve stress and muscle stiffness, and also are fed a daily organic grains that includes large amounts of beer. This produces meat that is extraordinarily tender, finely marbled, and full flavored.
Kobe beef fatty tissue indicate that the fat from this breed has a healthier
fatty acid profile and an unsaturated-to-saturate fat ratio of 2-to-1 instead of 1-to-1 ratio of the regular beef. Wagyu yields a beef that contains a higher
percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid than typical beef. The
